About GLP-1 Review Board

An independent, affiliate-supported consumer information resource for GLP-1 pricing, transparency, and the 2026 regulatory picture.

What we do

Our job

GLP-1 Review Board tracks what GLP-1 telehealth providers actually charge, what they disclose about the pharmacies that fill prescriptions, where they operate, and how all of it sits against the fast-moving 2026 federal rules on compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. We lead with regulatory status because, after the shortages resolved, that context — not a price tag — is what a reader needs first.

How we work

Principles

Neutral ordering. Tables sort by published price or alphabetically — never by a proprietary score and never by who pays us.

Verification tiers. Every figure is labeled verified-by-us (dated), secondary, operator-tracked, or not-publicly-disclosed. We never publish an estimate as fact.

No vendor copy. We describe providers’ marketing claims; we don’t adopt them as our own editorial voice.

Plain caveats. Compounded GLP-1 is not FDA-approved, and we say so on every relevant page.

What we are not

Limits

We are not a government agency, medical board, pharmacy, or healthcare provider, and we are not affiliated with the FDA, Novo Nordisk, or Eli Lilly. Nothing here is medical advice. We may earn referral fees from some providers; compensation does not determine rankings. See our disclosure and methodology.
