What we measure, how we order it, how we check prices, how often we update, which sources win when they disagree, and the marketing claims we will not repeat without evidence.
• Tables are ordered by published price (low to high) or alphabetically. Nothing else.
• We publish no proprietary composite score. If any scored metric is ever introduced, every input and weight will be published so you can recompute it yourself.
• We don’t use “best overall” unless the page states exact, checkable criteria.
• A provider never appears first because of a referral relationship.
1. The provider’s own current published pricing page (primary).
2. An archived snapshot of that page.
3. The provider’s checkout or plan flow.
4. Secondary comparison sources — used only to flag possible change, never as the published figure; labeled “not independently re-verified.”
If a provider’s own pages contradict each other, we show the range and say so.
• “FDA-approved pharmacy” — not a real designation.
• “Generic” of a branded GLP-1 — there are no approved generics; a compounded copy is not one.
• “Same as” the branded drug — compounded products are not interchangeable.
• “Clinically proven” for a compounded formulation — trials are on branded products.
