Advertised starting prices across tracked providers, sorted by lowest semaglutide price. Always confirm pricing directly with the provider before enrolling — advertised starting prices often exclude required memberships, higher-dose increases, or month-to-month rates.
Three provenance tiers: verified by us (confirmed on the provider’s live site on the date shown), secondary (comparison data pending re-verification), and operator-tracked (advertised prices logged with the date shown, not independently re-verified by us). Many headline prices are first-month or multi-month-prepaid rates; the ongoing or month-to-month price is shown where known. This is advertised price, not total cost. Compounded GLP-1 is not FDA-approved.

Sorted by lowest advertised semaglutide starting price. A low headline (e.g. “$49” or “$99”) frequently reflects a first-month or prepaid-plan rate, or excludes a required membership — check the ongoing price and total at your dose. See total monthly cost and FDA-approved cash prices.
• Direct verification. Prices we verify are checked on each provider’s own site — no scraped estimates. Those rows are tagged “verified by us” with the date.
• Operator-tracked rows. Advertised prices logged with a last-verified date but not independently re-verified by us this cycle; treat as indicative and confirm directly.
• Always confirm before enrolling. Prices change between checks; the “last verified” date shows how current each row is.
The FDA resolved the tirzepatide (Dec 2024) and semaglutide (Feb 2025) shortages, and wind-down deadlines passed in 2025. On Apr 30, 2026 the FDA proposed excluding these drugs from the 503B bulks list (comment closed Jun 29, 2026). Patient-specific 503A compounding continues only narrowly, and cost alone is not a clinical need. Full regulatory status →
